Once your order is placed the fulfillment typically takes between 2-5 business days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. US shipping usually takes between 3-6 business days. International shipments generally take 10-20 business days to arrive, but global conditions can impact shipping times.

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

International shipments are dispatched using postal services. Please be aware that, depending on your country of residence, you may be subject to import duties or other customs fees. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs.

All posters are shipped rolled in paper and tucked inside a sturdy mailing carton to prevent damage during transit. 

We only accept returns if your product is faulty or damaged, you can email us with photographic proof & request a refund. Please contact us at contact@cartoonicate.com.

We do not accept refunds if you change your mind or if the size is wrong. So please be sure to check the sizing chart before you order.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
